Mr. Kent Lucas Dear Mr. Lucas: It has been a practice at the end of a project to send a letter to the contractors who, in my opinion, have shown professionalism and skill. It is my pleasure to send such a letter to you in appreciation of your Supervisors, Mr. Rob Plavajka, Mr. Bill Downey, nd Mr. Matt Capps and their staff. Due to their knowledge and professionalism, my job was made less stressful with fewer delays at the Canterra Apartment project, 74401 Hovley Lane East, Palm Desert California.
