Mr. Kent Lucas Re: Park Grand Apartment change orders Dear Kent, As we discussed, enclosed for your records are the outstanding change orders for the Park Grand Apartments. We hope to receive the final Certificates of Occupancy after our meeting at the site Monday December 13, 1999 with a representative from the Planning Department. Rob is meeting me at the site along with the property management group to complete the review of the conditions of approval imposed on the job by the city. After we get their sign off we will go to the Building Department and pick-up the C of O's. It's been a pleasure working with Rob and Tom on this job and I want to commend both of them on their professionalism and diligence in completing the job on schedule and communicating with Willow Partners regarding job issues. I look forward to finalizing the buyout and cost sharing issues at your convenience. In addition, we are working on a number of developments we would like to discuss with you in the near future. Thank you again for your performance in Pomona we are very grateful we entered into a construction agreement for the Park Grand Apartments with your firm.
