From the onset of the project, Lucas Development has provided professional service. Change orders and schedule changes were viewed as a challenge rather than an opportunity for a set back throughout this project. Delivering a quality facility within our time frame was in the forefront of your priorities at all times. We are reluctant to single out individuals at the expense and likely possibility of over looking other key people. However, Kelly Peart and Chuck Hoffman are certainly worthy of mention. Their coordination, quick response and overall technical ability demonstrates they are true professionals and a credit to their trade.
