We especially appreciate the fact that you came in on budget and on time. Throughout the construction process Fritz and I were cognizant of the many steps taken by your company to assure that quality was maintained in all steps of the construction process. During the marketing of the project one of the most appreciated amenities of the project by all the prospective buyers was the obvious quality. This ultimately has paid off in our sale which closed yesterday, and to our best knowledge the sale price of $130,000 per unit is the highest price ever paid for an apartment project in Orange County.
