Mayor Molly McClanahan and the As we are nearing the completion of the Fullerton MetroCenter, we wanted to take a few moments to reflect upon our accomplishments. It is hard to believe that it was 3 1/2 years ago that the Council instructed the City Staffs to support our plans for the Rose Pointe Apartments and the Fullerton MetroCenter. The accomplishments of Lucas Development, our General Contractor, and ourselves over the last 3 1/2 years would not have been possible without total support of Bill Winter, Paul Dudley, Hugh Berry, Terry Galvin and their staffs. We encountered many road blocks along the way, and with the support of these people, we prevailed with two timely economically feasible, and architecturally pleasing projects. We have found this benefiting our leasing, and I am sure you will find it complements the developments on the other two corners of Harbor and Orangethorpe in providing a great shopping experience for the residents of Fullerton and neighboring communities. We now have two projects that we can all be proud of, and most importantly two projects that benefit the Citizenry of the City of Fullerton.
