Mr. Kent Lucas Re: Northwinds Apartment Project Dear Kent: Now that the project is completed, I wanted to thank you, Chris and the rest of the Lucas General Contracting team, for a job well done. While the original 110 apartments were quite successful, the addition of the 28 units you built has created a new synergy for the entire project. Besides the quality of the work you did, I also want to commend you for the manner in which you performed the work. Since the units were built right next to the existing apartments, ingress and egress had to be maintained for tenants and workers alike. In addition, security, noise, and a variety of other issues had to be balanced so that the work could be completed with a minimum of inconvenience to the existing tenants. Your team managed to do this very well. Your ability to perform the work on schedule and within budget was also greatly appreciated. As the project leader on behalf of the owner, you made my job easier. Thank you for the excellent work.
