Mr. Kent Lucas RE: Fulton Wells 144 Senior Apartments Dear Kent, I want to personally thank you for an outstanding job you and your comapny did on the Futon Wells project in Sante Fe Springs. The initial City help you provided prior to breaking ground really paid dividends throughout the building process. I have had many very positive comments from the Director of Housing, Paul Ashworth and most of that should be credited back to you and your Company. We had neighbors on all sides of us and it was very important that we had good relations with each of them and your Superintendent maintained that throughout the project. The flow of the project was outstanding; all of our buildings came in on time, which really made me a hero with our Property Management Division. I was extremely pleased with how each of the buildings was turned. No one had to waste time because all buildings were punched and ready for inspection. Your Supervisor and Project Management Team both dicumented and pushed the project forward with great professionalism. I can pass along to you Kent from all of us at Southern California housing Development Corporation that we look forward to working with you in the future. I hope to see you on November 24th for our Grand Opening.
